Ryan Cole
Salsify at The Roundhouse
Ryan Cole is executive chef and co-owner of Salsify at The Round House in Camps Bay and COY at the V&A Waterfront. Known for catching most of the seafood on his menu, he draws inspiration from the seasons, land, and sea. Rooted in classical techniques from Europe, Asia, and South Africa, Ryan combines creativity with a fervent dedication to local produce and sustainability. Coming from a family of fishermen, his connection to the sea is innate. Most Mondays, you'll find him fishing off the Cape coastline.
