Garth Bedford is a Cape Town-born chef and co-owner of five wine farm restaurants in the Cape Winelands: Klein Joostenberg Bistro, The Vine Bistro, The Kraal Restaurant, Postcard Café, and Lievland Café. After ten years in the UK, he returned to Stellenbosch with a deep respect for classical technique. His kitchens embrace farm-driven, nose-to-tail cooking, supported by an artisanal butchery and deli. Garth is passionate about building motivated teams that grow within the business, creating energetic, welcoming restaurants rooted in honest, produce-led food.
