Dale Mouton
Foxcroft
Having started his career in Pretoria at a boutique hotel 14 years ago, he then spent a year cooking in the bush at Madikwe. In 2015 he moved down to Cape Town to join the La Colombe team, during which he spent a year working with Glen on pastry. In 2017, he joined Foxcroft showing great talent, he climbed the ranks swiftly and has been Head Chef for some time. Dale’s heart was always in fine dining and as such, the move has been a welcome one, with Dale being able to take more creative strides and lean into a more elevated, curated experience.
