Jason Bakery operates on a pre-order system, allowing customers to order online and collect from their Green Point store, with weekday orders placed before 2pm ready for next day collection and weekend orders closing on Fridays at 2pm.

The menu changes with the seasons and includes daily baked items, traditional treats, and special creations like the Bunettone, a sweet fusion of a classic hot cross bun and a festive panettone made over two days. Filled with currants, raisins, sultanas, cranberries, candied citrus peel, and warming spice, the Bunettone is soft, flavourful, and perfect for Easter or any special occasion. For Easter, the bakery also offers handcrafted hot cross buns and other confections.
