He focuses on creating contemporary, seasonally driven menus that celebrate bold, imaginative flavours. Andrew sources fresh local produce to deliver high-quality comfort food in his open-kitchen setting, to create a relaxed but refined experience. Protégé was recently awarded two stars in the 2025 Eat Out Awards.
