The Jordan Restaurant with Marthinus Ferreira
Marthinus Ferreira (Class of 2000) has helped shape the South African food scene with gastronomy inspired by childhood favourites and influences from abroad. Trained at the Institute of Culinary Arts, he worked with world-class chefs including Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck and Boxwood Café. Returning to SA, he opened DW Eleven-13, earning multiple Eat Out Top 10 awards. A MasterChef judge and mentor, he now runs The Jordan Restaurant with Marthinus Ferreira in Stellenbosch, recognized with numerous awards including three Two Stars from Eat Out.
