He opened Ouzeri in 2022 after running it as a pop-up at Leo's Wine Bar, quickly establishing a distinctive voice rooted in both heritage and innovation. His cooking balances tradition with contemporary technique, blending nostalgic flavours and time-honoured methods with modern ideas. Ouzeri has earned international recognition, including a place on the prestigious 50 Best Discovery List. Above the restaurant, Akra Bar offers a cocktail and natural wine bar, extending Nic's vision into a more experimental setting.
