Born in Thessaloniki, Greece, to an Italian mother and Greek father, Jason Kosmas is Group Executive Chef of the Luke Dale Roberts Group of Restaurants. He joined Chefs Warehouse & Canteen as part of the 2014 opening team, rising from Sous Chef to Head Chef, refining the tapas-style dining. Now at the helm of The Pot Luck Club, he pushes boundaries in small-plate dining with punchy Asian-inspired flavours, refined technique, and a connection to fire and smoke. Jason is helping shape the next evolution of contemporary South African dining.
